I’ve found another book with the focused introduction that appears to be a claim or an entitlement,  This book is a limited edition. 50 Indian masks were hand-printed by the silk screening process.

Indian Masks of Canada by Derek Crawley Silk screening by Nick and Helma Mika

“Indian masks, carvings and other artifacts makes it one (sic – Victoria Provincial Museum) of the most unique museums, not only in British Columbia, but also in all of Canada. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer to absorb the spiritual meaning that inspired these masterpieces created by native people of this province and left to us as a precious legacy….It made us proud to be Canadian.  Not that we were in search of an identity. That we had found, but we were able to glimpse into the history of a great nation”
